June 2024 Real Estate Market Update
🏠 We’ve experienced a little “easier” spring market for buyers this year with more homes to choose from and available on the market longer than last year. Last week, there were even 900 homes (or 13.8%) that did a price reduction! However, sellers are still selling their homes for 5% more than a year ago on average. Yes, it’s a great time to sell, but sellers need to price their home appropriately and be patient.
