Let's find your dream home

"Wow ... there is A LOT to consider when buying and selling a home. We are so thankful to Kevin Conrad for helping us navigate the complex, emotional, and ultimately satisfying process. His experience helped us avoid pitfalls so we could make a confident decision. And his relationships with mortgage experts, inspectors, and others made the process seamless. Kevin was the calm presence when it came to selecting and negotiating our new home, which we love. I thought he’d get tired of our 1,000 questions during the process, but he happily answered every one! We 100 percent recommend Kevin to anyone buying and/or selling a property."

"Kevin was once again phenomenal - we were looking for a house in Minnesota from another state and entrusted Kevin to visit possibilities. Once at the homes, Kevin would call us while walking though - sending pictures, answering questions, and letting us know if he felt the houses or neighborhoods were not for us. He absolutely had our best interests at heart. We ended up getting a house we love in a great neighborhood, under budget, and perfect for the way we live. I can’t recommend Kevin highly enough."

"Without Kevin, my wife and I simply would not have a house...period! In an extremely tough market for buyers which almost made us throw in the towel on numerous occasions, Kevin wouldn’t let us give up and was able to find the right home for us that fit our specifications in the city we wanted all along! Timing was everything in this market and Kevin understood that and always acted quickly. His advice, hard work, and patience with us made him not only the perfect realtor for us, but makes him the perfect realtor for ALL! Kevin...it is with our deepest appreciation that we thank you for your expertise, advice, attention to detail, and your persistence...we will not forget this!"

"I have bought and sold a handful of houses and worked with numerous realtors over the past few decades. Kevin is by far the most personable, diligent, thorough, on-the-ball, thoughtful agent I have ever encountered. His communication and quick turn-arounds are second-to-none and he will be my go-to-guy for any and all future purchases and sales. If you’re still shopping around for realtors, the search ends here. You will be in good hands with Kevin!"

"Kevin was a great partner in the recent sale of our Woodbury home. He helped us line up everything we needed pre-listing, continually analyzed the current market and our competition, quickly responded to our never-ending questions, and assisted with all the fine points of the final negotiation. From start to finish, I highly recommend Kevin for your realty needs."

"Kevin helped us find a home we enjoy! Looking at a lot of homes can become overwhelming, they all seem to swim together. Kevin knew what we wanted and helped us find our home. I told Kevin he should be my dentist because he made the house hunting process painless."
